    焦糖布丁DIY

    我的焦糖布丁终于出炉啦~原来真的很简单啊,而且不需要烤箱~
    虽然成品有残缺,但味道很好,我就当它是残缺美吧Photobucket
    方子很简单,我完全是在雯雯教材的基础上胡乱搞的

  • 先是准备200ml牛奶配1个鸡蛋,(偷偷说,这个搭配是雯雯说的,是在她想了很久之后大概说的Photobucket),我想了想,为了防止布丁不成型,我是400ml配3个鸡蛋
  • 打散鸡蛋,温热牛奶,然后慢慢将它们混合。
  • 化糖。我是第一次尝试化糖,没有想象中难,打算下次用这招做红烧肉。(我现在可以不化糖烧出超级好吃而且颜色红亮的红烧肉,下次再写一篇介绍一下:P)
  • 将糖倒入容器,凝固。
  • 混合的鸡蛋牛奶过筛倒入容器,这样可以减少气泡。我是认真过滤了两遍,但看见成品时,还是被打击了Photobucket
  • 上锅蒸。这步非常重要,不能蒸老了哦。
  • 蒸好后放入冰箱冷藏~也可以热吃

    成品不完美,好多好多气泡,但味道真的很好~
    关键是做甜点时心情好好,让人一下子觉得生活美好了^O^
